Full-Time | In-Person | School-Based | $55–$86/Hour + Sign-On Bonus Platinum Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)to join our team inPalm Springs, CA .This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students while providing individualized speech and language services in a collaborative school-based setting. You'll work alongside educators, families, and other professionals to help students develop communication skills and make progress toward their educational goals. What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy
- Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other members of the educational team
- Help create a positive, supportive environment that promotes student growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license/credential or eligibility to obtain the appropriate California credential
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills
- A student-centered approach to care
