Key responsibilities:
Build and lead the SRE organization, ensuring support for Okta's production fleet
Define and execute the SRE strategy in alignment with global reliability goals, including incident management and root-cause analysis
Implement automation and modern infrastructure practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual toil
Required qualifications:
15+ years of experience in site reliability, infrastructure, or production engineering roles
8+ years of experience in technical leadership and managing managers within a global environment
4+ years of experience running an SRE organization supporting a SaaS/Cloud service, preferably in AWS
Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, containerization (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
Computer Science Degree or related degree, or equivalent experience
