Math Interventionist

Responsibilities: Provide high quality mathematics instruction Use current and relevant assessment tools to identify students in need of intervention services Align instructional activities and materials with Common Core State Standards. Use data to align instruction to students in order to improve and accelerate math skills Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to help identify best practices for individual and small groups of students Maintain data-based documentation of continuous monitoring of student performance and progress Provide data to the teacher, teams, and participates in decisions about student progress Lead small group, individual and whole group instruction as needed Support the needs of the school, staff, students, and families Matteson ESD 162 is an equal opportunity employer.
