Senior Real Estate Economist & Infrastructure Strategist

STV is actively seeking a highly experienced Lead/Director Real Estate Economist to join our Infrastructure and Grants Advisory team. The role combines technical leadership with mentoring, business development, and program management, delivering complex analyses for project development and policy decisions. You will lead market research, financial modeling, and transit-oriented development studies, advise clients on feasibility and zoning, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
