Wholesale E&S Property Underwriting Director - Hybrid

The role covers full limits, primary, excess and quota share, including risk analysis and advisory capabilities for complex accounts. The candidate will guide strategy, coach staff, engage brokers as a trusted advisor and ensure alignment with One Hartford initiatives while maintaining profitability.
