Billing Manager

Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a billing team of 5-10 people Help build and scale the billing department to support added volume from recent acquisitions Oversee billing cycles to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Reconcile billing and customer account issues and manage escalations through resolution Analyze large data exports from multiple systems using Excel Make independent decisions based on a strong understanding of process flow Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep billing aligned with business needs Support the planned transition to a single ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)Maintain procedural documentation and train the team on terminology, deadlines, and best practices
