Sous Chef

Compensation: $40,000 USD net salary, negotiable

These positions will oversee operations across two restaurants, with opportunities available on either the morning or evening shift.

The Role: Lead culinary operations across two resort restaurants Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality and presentation Lead, motivate and support the culinary team Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organization Help develop menus and dishes that showcase Bahamian flavours Support the Executive Chef and wider Food & Beverage team Manage either the morning or evening culinary operation

The Ideal Candidate: Proven Sous Chef or senior culinary experience within a hotel or resort Caribbean hospitality experience required Boutique hotel or resort experience preferred Strong understanding of kitchen operations and team leadership Experience incorporating Bahamian or Caribbean flavours into menus Knowledge of gluten-free and vegan culinary requirements Hands-on, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced resort environment Expat Package$60,000–$65,000 USD net salary Housing provided Relocation assistance Flights Work permit Vacation days Additional benefits
