To support the intake process, the full-time Florida Licensed Admissions Counselor will conduct initial assessments, maintain communication with clients and referring organizations, and coordinate admission dates while working remotely with a varied schedule.
Key responsibilities: Conduct initial intake assessments and manage a caseload of prospective clients Collaborate with Evaluation Clinicians and maintain communication with clients, families, and referring hospitals/programs Coordinate admission dates in conjunction with admissions and program staff
Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred Experience in the mental health field preferred Proficiency in Salesforce and EMR/EHR preferred Demonstrates professionalism, patience, and empathy Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency
