The position is a 12-month tenure track role and serves as a principal liaison among students, faculty, field instructors, agency partners, alumni, and the Department, and integrates classroom and field learning. Field education is the signature pedagogy of social work education and must be systematically designed, coordinated, supervised, evaluated, and continuously improved.
