Pay: $30.00 per hour Employment: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt About Party Teller Party Teller is a fast-growing specialty retailer offering party supplies, balloons, Halloween merchandise, holiday décor, gifts, and seasonal products. We are looking for a hands-on Receiving & Distribution Lead to support our warehouse operations and ensure merchandise is accurately received, organized, and distributed to our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities: Receive and unload incoming merchandise and shipments. Verify quantities against packing lists and receiving documents. Identify and report shortages, damages, or receiving discrepancies. Organize, label, and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations. Sort and allocate merchandise to different Party Teller retail stores. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare merchandise for store deliveries and transfers. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Store Operations regarding receiving and distribution needs. Assign and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse associates or temporary workers as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Support new store openings and seasonal inventory distribution as needed.

Qualifications: 2+ years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience preferred. Previous Lead or supervisory experience is preferred. Experience with receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Basic computer and inventory system skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform normal warehouse activities. Ability to safely lift and move merchandise as required.
