Summit is seeking a motivated Food Service Director for Cascade County Detention Center - Food in Great Falls, MT. You will lead a team of food service workers and manage all aspects of the department to ensure meals are served on time and to standard. This is a non-exempt, hourly role. Responsibilities include staffing, hiring, training, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, budgeting, and coordinating with district management.
