Location: RemoteCompetitive RateKey Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret NGS datasets (e.g., RNA-seq, DNA-seq).Develop and maintain analysis pipelines using R and Python. Perform data wrangling and QC of complex biological data. Work in a Linux/Unix environment for scripting and job management. Support analytical validation for clinical or research workflows.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Statistics or Biostatistics
- Strong proficiency in R; experience with Python preferred.
- Background in NGS analysis, data wrangling, and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with analytical validation in a scientific setting.(Preferred) Experience with adenovirus experiments.
