Corporate, Subsidiary, and Regional Managing OfficesAdministrative Management and General Management Consulting ServicesOther Management Consulting ServicesThe Revenue Operations Analytics Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance within our Revenue Operations team (ROPS). The ROPS Analytics Manager is responsible for interacting with team leaders at all levels of the organization to develop, manage, evaluate, and make recommendations on projects that impact ROPS workforce, planning, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Teammate Development:
Coaching & Mentorship: Provide daily guidance, mentorship, professional coaching, and support to a team of Business and Reporting Analysts.

Performance & Career Development: Lead regular career conversations, set meaningful goals, conduct annual Performance Development Reviews (PDRs), and support analyst career progression.
Team Operations: Assist senior leadership with hiring, onboarding, workload balancing, and day-to-day team administration.
Strategic Analytics & Problem Solving:
Strategic Partnering: Act as a key strategic liaison between the analytics team and operational lane leaders (e.g., Medicare, Credits/Overpayments, Bad Debt Collections) to understand pain points and translate them into analytical solutions.
Root-Cause Analysis: Lead deep dives into large datasets to uncover systemic trends, operational bottlenecks, and financial yield opportunities.
Automation & Scalability: Partner with analysts to design automated reporting, dashboards, and scalable tools that reduce manual effort and eliminate recurring fire drills.
Executive Storytelling: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, structured executive summaries, visual dashboards, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Program & Project Governance:
Project Leadership: Guide analytics projects from scoping and hypothesis generation through execution, validation, and stakeholder rollout.
Capacity & Intake Management: Champion team boundaries and intake governance, helping balance urgent operational needs with long-term strategic transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
3–4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, revenue cycle/operations, or a related analytical field (or commensurate demonstrated work experience).Demonstrated leadership capability: Experience informally mentoring, coaching, training, or leading project teams/teammates.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured, logical solutions.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative partnerships across operational and technical teams.
Communication & Presentation: Proven ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Core Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative, business, healthcare, or related field of study.1–2+ years of formal direct people management experience.
- Technical Analytics Stack: Experience with SQL, database querying, Tableau (or modern BI tools), and cloud analytics platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare billing, reimbursement, payer rules, or revenue operations processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Experience with process optimization, workflow design, or continuous quality improvement methodologies.
- Experience with various data analytics tools and processes (including SQL, database development and management, Tableau, Google Cloud, and data visualization)

- Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred ; experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Compensation:
$100-115KExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
