Key Responsibilities: 1. Trade Show & Event Management• Lead the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of industry trade shows and regional events.• Manage booth design, vendor relationships, and on-site lead generation strategies.• Coordinate staff schedules and pre-show promotional campaigns to drive booth traffic.2. Social Media Strategy• Develop and maintain a robust social media calendar across Linked In, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.• Create engaging, platform-specific content that grows our following and drives inbound inquiries.• Monitor trends and analytics to optimize engagement and ROI.3. Catalog & Collateral Production• Own the lifecycle of the annual product catalog, from layout and copywriting to final print production.• Collaborate with product teams to ensure technical accuracy and compelling value propositions.• Manage digital versions of catalogs to ensure ease of access for the sales team and customers.4. Training Material & Sales Enablement• Design and produce comprehensive training materials (slide decks, "how-to" guides, and video scripts) for internal teams and distributors.• Translate complex technical features into digestible benefits for various audience levels.• Maintain a centralized library of up-to-date marketing assets.
