This candidate will work with all departments to achieve customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs daily in-process and out-going inspection of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) to IPC and J-STD quality standards
- Initiates non-conformance reports and processes based on QA inspections
- Works directly with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, customers and vendors to provide quality feedback and resolve issues
- Ensures established procedures are followed throughout all QA processes
- Evaluates quality data (NCR, CAR, OQA) and provides feedback to improve overall quality

Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience in electronics manufacturing
- Experience checking and verifying activities concerned with product and process conformity to quality standards
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 workmanship standards is preferable
- Comfortable navigating a computer and intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and comfortable working with all levels of personnel
- Available for shift work and overtime hours (weekdays and weekends)
- Physical Demands
- The employee in this role will be sitting, standing and walking as needed.
- Occasional lifting and handling loads less than 10 pounds and rarely lifting 25 pounds or more
- Occasional bending and squatting
