Senior Contracts Leader – Federal Programs & Proposals

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Contract Administrator (Level 3) or Sr. Principal Contract Administrator (Level 4) to join its contracts organization onsite in Rocket Center, WV. The successful candidate will support government programs, capture and proposal activities, and contract operations from BD through closeout. The role requires DoD Secret clearance, strong negotiation, and solid knowledge of FAR/DFARS, with data kept in CM systems and close collaboration with multiple teams.
