Electrical Patent Agent Draft & Prosecute Global Patents

Stinson LLP seeks an experienced patent agent to join the Intellectual Property and Technology Division. The role focuses on drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, performing patentability analyses, and assisting with freedom-to-operate and due diligence assessments. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Electrical Engineering, exceptional writing and analytical abilities, and at least five years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
