Manager, Controls and Governance

Key responsibilities: Support Compliance-managed KYC and KYB onboarding pipelines, identifying and resolving operational friction points Serve as the key liaison to the US Risk organization, assisting in monitoring key risk indicators and implementing the risk framework Lead cross-functional workflows for Compliance and Legal reviews of marketing campaigns and client communicationsRequired qualifications 3+ years of experience in Strategic Operations, Program Management, Compliance Operations, Governance, or Risk Management within fintech or regulated financial services Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with a builder mindset Proven experience in leading cross-departmental incident response and executing post-incident remediation Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of building trusted partnerships across teams
