Key responsibilities:
Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs, defining goals and success metrics
Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal teams to design and administer leave policies while balancing global standards with local requirements
Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws, monitoring regulatory changes and updating policies accordinglyRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in time and absence management
Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules
Solid understanding of global time management and leave laws
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex programs across multiple global regions
