Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRNAegis Health and Rehabilitation | Wildwood, MOPRN | Daytime hours Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Wildwood, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 11 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location and supportive local leadership.

What You'll Do:

Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
Work under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist to support patients' functional independence
Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
Use current equipment and modalities

What You'll Need:

Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approachSNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
