Attorney

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-Time, Project-Based Attorney

Compensation: $70-$100 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role: Our client is seeking a licensed Attorney to join its legal team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working on substantive legal projects across a variety of practice areas while maintaining the flexibility of a remote work environment. The attorney will support ongoing and long-term projects involving contract review, legal research, compliance matters, due diligence, litigation support, and other legal initiatives.

Responsibilities: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, summaries, and recommendations Support corporate, compliance, regulatory, employment, litigation, or transactional matters Analyze legal risks and provide practical legal guidance Assist with due diligence and document review projects Collaborate with internal legal teams, business stakeholders, and outside counsel Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Maintain accurate and organized case and project documentation

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 4+ years of legal experience preferred Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Experience reviewing and drafting complex legal documents Ability to work independently in a remote environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research platforms

Additional Information: Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
