Quality Assurance & Safety Officer: Elevate Compliance

Arc Herkimer is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist / Safety Officer to uphold quality, compliance, and safety across programs and facilities. This full-time role involves audits, HIPAA/privacy work, and improving agency-wide processes in a community-based environment located in New York. You will lead the safety program, chair the Safety Committee, perform inspections, analyze data, ensure OSHA/NFPA/OPWDD compliance, and coordinate training.
