Responsibilities: Createprojectscheduleandensureprojectiskeptonscheduleandonbudget. Meetwitharchitects, clients, builders, subsasneededtocoordinateproject. Ensurematerialsorderedaretospecandwithinbudget. Providesubmittalsandprocurematerialstomeetschedulemilestones. Workwith Operations Managertoidentifyandremedypotentialscheduleandbudgetaryissues. Manageandapproveweeklyfieldlogsforaccuracybeforesendingtopayrollandjobcosting. Reviewandapprovevendorandsubcontractorinvoicesweekly. SendoutRFI'sasneededtoarchitectasquestions/discrepanciesariseontheproject. Haveacompleteandthoroughunderstandingofprojectplansdocuments, andLSK's. Ensurecrewsarebuildingtospecifieddetails. Workwithestimatortoprovideestimatesandchangeordersforextrawork. Trackjobproduction&cost, basedonreportedlabor&quantitiesvs.estimated. ReviewandsubmitmonthlyAIAinvoices. Ensureprojectpunchlistitemsarecompletedontimeforprojectcloseout. Required Skills/Abilities: Thoroughunderstandingofplantspeciesidentificationandknowledgeofplantvarieties Thoroughunderstandingofmachineoperation, toincludeskidsteer, mini-excavator, andlargermachinery. Thoroughunderstandingofmasonrytechniquesandvarioushardscapematerials, includingstone, concrete, andmanufacturedmaterials. Havestrongleadershipskills. Abletocommunicateeffectivelywithsub-contractors, clients, architects, andmanagement. Abilitytouse Microsoft Officesuiteandknowledgeofconstructiontrackingsoftwarepreferred. Organizationalskillsarenecessary. Educationand Experience/Licenses: Bachelor'sdegreewith 3to 5yearslandscapeprojectmanagementexperienceor Highschooldiploma(orequivalent)and 6+yearsoflandscapeprojectmanagementexperience Validdriver'slicenseDOTCertificate(acquiredwithinonemonthafterdateofhire)OSHAsafetytrainingcertificate Physical
