Senior Counsel, Energy Trading & PPA Agreements

Enel North America Inc. in the United States is seeking a seasoned energy legal professional to support the Energy Management and Commodities Trading team. You will draft and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements, REC and ISDA agreements, and advise on complex commercial transactions. You will interact with senior leaders, guide regulatory and compliance matters, and help manage permitting, claims, and litigation related to the energy trading business.
