Part-Time Disciplinary Hearing Officer

City of El Paso Government is seeking a part-time, contract Hearing Officer to preside over employee disciplinary/grievance appeals. Assignments are made as needed based on case volume. Under direction, conduct hearings, arbitrate appeals, draft decisions, and ensure due process. This hourly on-call position requires strong written and oral communication and familiarity with El Paso City Charter and Civil Service Rules.
