Accounts Payable Specialist

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 Per Hour

Summary: This role performs the supplier payables function for Whistlepig. You'll maintain the payables' group email, enter invoices to SAP ByDesign, respond to and resolve supplier questions, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with internal departments.

Duties and Responsibilities: Invoice Entry to SAP ByDesign Maintain records (digitally)Ensure timely payments to suppliers Resolve account issues Other duties as assigned

Essential Functions: Communicate effectively in a remote environment Manage priorities and deadlines independently Support cross-functional collaboration

Education and Experience: Associate's degree in accounting/finance or 2-4 years of relevant experience. Experience with SAP is a plus.
