We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and knowledgeable in payroll processes—especially those involving union environments. The primary duties and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to: Process weekly payroll for union and non-union personnel including reviewing and entering employee timecards Ensure payroll is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations Assist with onboarding and data entry of new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date I-9 and W-4 documentation Work directly with union representatives and apply union rules, CBAs, and pay structures Assist with payroll tax reporting and compliance Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to support payroll operations
