Remote-First Pharmacy Network Success Lead

VITL is seeking a Head of Pharmacy Success in Nashville, with hybrid or remote options. You will own the 503A/503B compounding pharmacy network, ensuring orders ship on time, correctly, and from licensed facilities. This senior individual contributor will enforce contracts, manage pricing, billing, formulary, escalations, and pharmacy-facing product. You will partner with Product and Engineering to streamline integrations while scaling the network to meet clinic demand.
