FinTech Counsel: Payments, Lending & Regulatory Compliance

Real Page seeks a Fintech Counsel to act as the primary legal advisor for payment processing, money transmission, and consumer lending initiatives across Real Page Payments (Client Direct), Resident Direct, Click Pay, and Livble. You'll partner with product, engineering, and business teams to navigate regulatory requirements, draft user-facing disclosures, and manage banking and vendor agreements. Strong experience with federal consumer financial laws and MDR processes is essential.
