Order Processer | Customer Care

Qualifications: Experience in cabinetry or a related field is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge retention skills. High level of communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong computer skills. Excellent Customer Service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities: Review purchase orders and specifications for completeness and accuracy. Enter orders with precise configuration details, modifications, and custom requests. Verify pricing, product codes, finish selections, and special instructions. Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, builders, and designers regarding order status, changes, and clarifications. Assist customers with production questions, design adjustments, and technical details related to their cabinetry orders. Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with Customers and our internal teams to resolve them. Communicate changes, rush requests, or special handling needs to internal departments. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Typical Work Week:

Job Type: Full-time 4 and 1/2 days (7am-4:30pm Monday thru Thursday, 8am-12pm Friday)

Work Location: In person (Schaefferstown, PA 17088)

Qualifications: Cabinet Order Processing: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $18- $21/hour
