Parks Grounds & Facilities Technician

Sarasota County Government is seeking a Parks Maintenance Worker to perform light to moderately heavy manual labor in maintenance of parks, facilities, and equipment. Responsibilities include minor repairs, landscaping, cleaning restrooms, and providing excellent customer service. Work hours are 40 hours per week, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; weekend work is required. A high school diploma and a Florida driver’s license are required, with possible CDL requirements for some positions.
