Key responsibilities:
Perform quality audits on demographic, financial, and insurance verification documentation
Develop and implement training materials and assist in updating procedure manuals for staff
Attend meetings to communicate process changes and serve as a resource for staff on verification issues
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1 - 2 years of experience in Patient Access, Insurance Verification, or Benefit Collection
Preferred 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience in relevant fields
