Responsibilities: Provide attentive care to children in a home setting Follow family instructions and routines Arrive on time and remain professional at all times Communicate promptly regarding availability and scheduling This Role Is NOT a Fit If You: Frequently cancel or miss shifts Are often late or unresponsive Are unsure of your weekly availability Are only looking for occasional or last-minute work This Role IS a Great Fit If You: Are reliable and take commitments seriously Communicate quickly and clearly Want consistent shifts and weekly income Are comfortable with short-notice assignments Availability Requirement: Must be available at least 3–4 weekdays (8 AM – 6 PM preferred)Must be open to occasional same-day or next-day shifts
