Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join their practice group in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate plan development, business succession planning, and trust and probate administration.
Duties:
Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans.
Advise clients on business succession planning.
Manage trust and probate administration and litigation.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
Established client base and strong ties to the Valley preferred.
EducationJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
