Title: Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
Type: Full-Time Permanent Direct Hire
Location: Kansas City, MO USAvailable Shifts:
Days (Rotating Weekends) Nights (Rotating Weekends) Competitive Pay: $30.04 – $41.50/hr (based on experience) Shift Differentials:$4.00/hr Nights$4.00/hr Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Days)

Job Summary: Join a leading acute care hospital as a Full-Time Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) and build your career in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with opportunities to work across specialty medical-surgical units.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and recovery plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff within scope of practice
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
  • Acute care experience does not need to be recentADN or BSN required
  • Active RN License or Compact RN LicenseBLS Certification required upon hire
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
