The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team of housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Respond to guest complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
