Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years with an advanced degree
7+ years of managerial experience
Experience leading technology due diligence and integration activities for M&A transactions
Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence senior executives
