Director of Contracts & Construction Administration

Irvine Company is seeking a seasoned contract and construction administration professional to organize and implement construction contracts, ensure pricing and coding compliance, and uphold key contract practices. You will oversee contract development, process change orders, and monitor financials with SAP, while leading vendor COI reviews and prequalification activities. This role includes managing a small team and training new staff.
