Telephone Banker - Inbound Call Center

Pay Rate: USD $26.00 - $28.00/hr

Nice to Have: Skills: Experience in financial services or banking Background in sales, cross-selling, upselling, or product referrals Prior contact center experience (phone, chat, or video) Personal Banking experience handling high client volumes

Preferred Education and Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Prior experience in banking, financial services, or call centers is advantageous

Other Requirements: On-site work located in East Providence, RI 02915 Schedule options include Tuesday - Saturday 12 pm - 9 pm, Tuesday - Friday 9 am - 7 pm, or other similar shifts Ability to manage risk and handle sensitive customer data responsibly
