Required qualifications:
Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience
Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems
Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups
Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
