Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures
- Monitor patient status, assess for complications, and respond effectively
- Assist physicians during image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in patient records
- Follow facility protocols for safety, infection control, and radiology compliance
- Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and at-home care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, valid in Wisconsin
- At least 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology nursing preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong IV insertion, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
