Social Worker-LCSW, Nephrology Clinic

Education & Experience: Master's degree from an accredited school of Social Work. Previous experience in a hospital setting and prior experience working with children and families is preferred.

Certification/Licensure: Current Texas License for LCSW.Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for Health Care Providers within 30 days of employment. If physically unable to complete BLS for Health Care Providers, then the employee will have the option of attending a Heart Saver program on campus or attending an outside course using a non-computerized mannequin.
