Recruiter II for AI & Growth Teams (Equity)

Duolingo is seeking a Recruiter II to hire exceptional talent across non-technical functions and possibly some technical roles. You'll own end-to-end processes, partner with managers to define profiles, and build strong pipelines while maintaining a white-glove candidate experience. You will use data to inform decisions, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with standardized processes. Relocation to Pittsburgh, PA is possible, and AI tools may support your recruiting workflows.
