Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney – Remote (NYC Area)A litigation firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to join its team. This is a remote position, with an office available for those who prefer in-person work, and occasional travel into NYC for court appearances.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of insurance coverage and disputes litigation
- Represent clients in court appearances in the NYC area as needed
- Manage case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and related litigation tasks
- Collaborate with the broader litigation team on complex coverage matters
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Experience handling insurance disputes and coverage matters
- Lives within commuting distance to NYC and able to travel in for occasional court appearances
- Open to candidates seeking less-than-full-time arrangements
