Schedule: 7a-5p plus call Practice Setting: Inpatient Type of cases and required procedures: Ablations, pacers, Implantable cardioverter-defibrillators, Biventricular Credentialing timeframe: About 3 months Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications required: Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, Drug Enforcement Administration Licensure required: OH License Preferred Facility Location Fairfield, incorporated in 1955, is a part of Butler County and close to Cincinnati.
