On-Call Hospice Chaplain | Spiritual Care & Support (PRN)

Ohio’s Hospice in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families receiving hospice care. This PRN, on-call position requires coverage between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM on varied days. The Chaplain will develop meaningful relationships, assess needs, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, document services, and travel to patient homes as needed.
