The ideal candidate will bring between 2 to 5 years of focused experience in this field and possess an active license to practice law in California. Duties:
Represent management-side clients in labor and employment matters Handle a variety of litigation tasks, including discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motion practice Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management Draft and review employment agreements, workplace policies, and handbooks Participate in administrative proceedings and negotiations Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy development and case management Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal labor regulations Support clients in preventative counseling and workplace investigations Requirements 2-5 years of dedicated experience in labor and employment law California State Bar license in good standing Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and in teams Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Experience with litigation processes and court procedures Familiarity with administrative forums such as the EEOC and state agencies Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
