Key responsibilities:
Coordinate LIHTC acquisition and development activities, including due diligence and site visits
Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities through underwriting and financial modeling
Prepare and submit tax credit applications, financing applications, and other required documentation
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields
At least two years of relevant experience in real estate development, acquisitions, or affordable housing
Experience with financial modeling and real estate underwriting
Familiarity with state housing finance agencies and HUD processes
Strong organizational and analytical skills
