Elevate ENT Partners is seeking an experienced ENT / Otolaryngologist to serve as a clinical site leader for a new, de novo practice located in the Florida Gulf Coast market. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to act as the clinical anchor while helping expand the organization's footprint with the support of a large local ENT group. The physician will provide comprehensive otolaryngology services and drive practice growth and development. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the clinical anchor for the new ENT location
  • Partner with executive and local operational leadership to develop and launch the practice
  • Establish the practice's presence within the local medical community
  • With support from operational team, develop relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, urgent care providers, and other referral sources
  • Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services within the full scope of general otolaryngology
  • Perform appropriate in-office procedures and surgical interventions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with other specialists
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety
  • Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and organizational clinical programs
  • CompensationGuaranteed base salary $400,000 - $500,000, plus bonus above defined RVU production threshold

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Residency program
  • Board Certified, American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
  • Florida state medical license
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building something new
