Senior Commercial Lines VP & Team Leader

Associated Insurance and Risk Management Advisors is seeking a Vice President, Team Lead for our Commercial Lines group. You will manage a mid-to-large book as the primary client contact and lead a team of Account Managers and CSRs with a focus on service quality and growth. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Commercial Lines as a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive, plus strong leadership and collaboration with producers to win business and ensure client objectives are met.
